This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes the shipping methods, timelines, costs, and related terms that apply when you purchase products from Yihui (the “Website”). By placing an order with us, you accept the terms set forth below.
1. Who We Are
Yihui is a brand owned and operated by Hubei Yihui Guoxue Culture Communication Co., Ltd. We specialize in authentic Feng Shui jewelry and consecrated crystals, including bracelets, pendants, and ritual items. Our registered business address is in Hubei, China, and we ship internationally from our fulfillment centers.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. If your delivery address is in a remote area or a region with restricted customs clearance, we will notify you promptly. In the unlikely event that we cannot ship to your location, you will receive a full refund.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods (e.g., Chinese New Year, Black Friday, holiday seasons). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Custom or consecrated items: Some items require ritual preparation or consecration. These may require 3–7 additional business days before shipping. Any such delay will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, weather, postal service disruptions, or other force majeure events are beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart, and the shipping method selected.
- Orders with a subtotal of $80.00 USD or more qualify for free Standard International Shipping. This offer may be modified or withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any additional costs before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@yihui.one. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
9. Undeliverable, Returned, or Lost Packages
- Undeliverable packages: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If you prefer a refund instead, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Lost packages: If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@yihui.one within 14 days of the delivery date on the tracking record. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages that were marked as delivered by the carrier.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet entered processing. To request a change, please email info@yihui.one as soon as possible with your order number. Once processing has begun, we cannot cancel or modify the order, but you may initiate a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, please inspect your package. If the package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Please photograph any damage before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours.
