Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene products for health reasons
- Items marked final sale
3. How to Return
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
